PAYROLL OUTSOURCING:
In this case client recruits the manpower by themselves & put them into our payroll. We maintain them in our payroll including all statutory duties as per law. In this case client’s headache is transferred to us. So client can concentrate their work properly. “Recruiting process” is the main difference between “Manpower Outsourcing” & “Payroll Management”. In Manpower Outsourcing process we conduct all the steps including recruiting, where as in Payroll Management, Client already have manpower.

Understanding the client Organization.

Mapping position specific competencies : including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities, key result areas and other relevant details.

Search target plan : keeping in mind the orientation, our engagement team will establish a search strategy to effectively target desired candidates.

Industry/Company – Mapping: developing a target list of appropriate industries and/or companies from which to recruit and identify appropriate levels within those companies that we should target.

People Mapping : Once the target industry/company list is agreed upon, we will utilize our sources and networks along with our database to develop an initial candidate list .

Evaluation : Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we will contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position.
STEP 6
Interviews : For the most appropriate candidates; we will prepare a detailed résumé and evaluation summary to facilitate the interview process. On receiving feedback from the candidates and you on the meetings, we will work along with you to draw up a final shortlist.
STEP 7
Understanding the client Organization.Reference check
We will conduct detailed references on the candidate you wish to hire. If required, we could conduct a background check through appropriate agencies.
